To whom it may concern,

I am writing as a loyal Arrested Development fan who is concerned about rumors that the show may be cancelled. This seems like a similar situation to Family Guy. The show was cancelled but once it was realized how many fans there were, was put back on the air. Don’t make the same mistake with Arrested. The fan base is large and devoted to the show and doesn’t want to have to wait (if it gets cancelled) for the execs to realize how popular it was. It is actually somewhat insulting that an intelligent and original show like Arrested could get cancelled while a standard canned sitcom relying on large breasts like Stacked could get air time. Arrested is something that people can go back and watch over and over, it has staying power, Stacked does not.

If you are an Arrested fan, you should head to GetArrested.com and sign their petition to help save the show (yeah, I know it probably won’t actually help, but it takes 5 seconds and could be worth it!)! If you aren’t an Arrested fan, you should be. Go rent / buy / steal / do whatever it takes to get their 1st season DVD and watch it over and over. You will be hooked, I promise. (Author’s side note: I don’t actually condone stealing… but Jean Valjean did, thats all I’m saying…)
